The CNCDMN-200A is a high-efficiency automated busbar corner milling machine controlled by an 11-axis CNC system, built to mill both ends of a busbar at the same time. It is the double-head counterpart of the CNCMN-200A, which mills one end per cycle on 5 axes. Because corner milling, chamfering and radius R determine how well two bars sit against each other, the machine is specified where joint resistance and assembly fit matter, not where a cosmetic finish is enough. Typical application: switchgear, panel and substation busbars that are cut, punched and then milled at both ends before assembly.
