Capacity on site

Test condition: a copper bar of 200 mm width and 12 mm thickness processed on the LJMC-30A. Value: 630 kN rated oil pressure with a maximum processing width of 200 mm and maximum thickness of 12 mm. Comparison baseline: separate hydraulic tools for punching, cutting and bending, each with its own single-function capacity. Effect: one 195 kg machine replaces three tools on the service vehicle.

Single-phase power supply

Test condition: operation from an ordinary single-phase 220 V / 50 Hz supply. Value: 220 V / 50 Hz input on a machine weighing 195 kg, with an outside dimension of 900 × 700 × 1,160 mm. Comparison baseline: fixed 3-in-1 machines that require a three-phase supply and permanent installation. Effect: the machine can be used in large workshops, on site during construction, or in distribution cabinet plants without any electrical work.

Dimensional envelope and transport

Test condition: transport and storage of the machine between jobs. Value: an outside dimension of 900 × 700 × 1,160 mm and a container size of 990 × 760 × 1,320 mm at 195 kg. Comparison baseline: fixed 3-in-1 processing machines in the 1,200 kg class. Effect: the machine ships in a standard case and is moved without lifting equipment.

Standard die set

Test condition: punching the four common busbar bolt diameters. Value: standard dies of ¢10.5, ¢13.8, ¢17 and ¢20.5 mm supplied with the machine. Comparison baseline: a single-die hydraulic tool, which requires buying extra dies separately. Effect: the common busbar bolt range is covered with no additional tooling purchase.
