The 303E-3-S is the 3-in-1 copper and aluminium busbar fabrication machine for workshops that want punching, shearing and bending on one table at only 1,420 kg. It delivers 300 kN of punching force, with holes of Φ4.3 to Φ25 mm in bars up to 12 mm thick and 160 mm wide. The shearing unit cuts the same 12 × 160 mm range and the vertical bending unit applies 300 kN, with horizontal bending at up to 100 mm width and a maximum angle of 90°. Bending accuracy is ±1° with ±0.3° repeatability. Drive comes from three 4 kW motors (3 × 4 kW) and the machine occupies 1,800 × 1,400 × 1,480 mm. Typical application: panels, switchgear, distribution boards and substation maintenance.

Test condition: a copper bar of 12 mm thickness and 160 mm width processed on all three units of the 303E-3-S. Value: 300 kN punching force, a 12 × 160 mm cut and 300 kN vertical bending. Comparison baseline: a bench made of three single-function machines, where the part travels between stations. Effect: the bar is processed without leaving the machine, removing internal transport and handling damage.
Test condition: continuous production of parts at the same bending angle. Value: ±1° bending accuracy with ±0.3° repeatability. Comparison baseline: a hydraulic bending machine with a manual stop, whose spread between parts grows over a shift. Effect: ±0.3° repeatability keeps parts identical within the batch, which is what serial busbar assembly requires.
Test condition: a 160 mm wide bar with holes of several diameters. Value: a punching range of Φ4.3 mm to Φ25 mm at thicknesses up to 12 mm. Comparison baseline: hand drilling with a template, limited by thickness and prone to exit burrs. Effect: round and oblong holes come out finished in the same pass, with no finishing step.
Test condition: installation in a panel-building workshop. Value: 3 × 4 kW of total power, 1,420 kg of weight and a 1,800 × 1,400 × 1,480 mm footprint. Comparison baseline: larger 3-in-1 processing machines such as the 803U-3-C, which weighs between 1,400 kg and 2,100 kg depending on power class. Effect: it fits workshops with limited space and a standard three-phase supply.

This series of busbar processing machine has three processing units: punching, shearing/cutting and bending. The three units can be used simultaneously or sequentially, the working stroke of each processing unit can be easily adjusted, which shortens the processing time and improves production efficiency. The main function is processing copper and aluminum busbar.

Main Features
1. The cutting processing unit adopts vertical processing mode, flexible and convenient to operate. It adopts flat blade cutting, and the incision interface of workpiece is flat, no waste, burrs and droop.
2. The punching unit uses a six-mode turnplate in tooth shape with good view, and no need to change the dies frequently, and the operation is simple and efficient.
3. The bending unit adopts a horizontal bending. By changing molds, could be completed the processing of flat bending or vertical bending.
4. A variety of processing functions such as embossing, flattening, twisting, and crimping of cable ends can be achieved by changing the molds.
5. The machine has four casters, so it is easy to be moved everywhere needed.
6. Different molds or tools can be installed according to user requirements to complete special shape processing.
